The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) has redeployed 66 senior officers across the country in a move to strengthen road safety operations.
‎According to a statement released on Sunday by the Corps Public Education Officer, Assistant Corps Marshal Olusegun Ogungbemide, the postings were approved by Corps Marshal Shehu Mohammed.
‎Among the new appointments, ACM G. Ntukidem is now Corps Secretary at the FRSC headquarters, while ACM J.W. Toby takes over as Zonal Commanding Officer in Osogbo.
‎Others include ACM I. Abubakar, now in charge of Policy, and ACM A.M. Hassan, heading the Technical Service Department.
‎The reshuffle also affected several Sector Commanders, with new deployments in Delta, Kogi, Anambra, Kebbi, Bauchi, and Yobe States.
‎Corps Marshal Mohammed said the redeployment will enhance efficiency and urged motorists to cooperate with the new appointees to promote safer highways.
