‎The National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) has announced exclusive discounts for pilgrims participating in the 2026 Hajj,
‎This followed successful negotiations during its recent preparatory visit to Saudi Arabia.
‎Professor Abdullahi Saleh Usman, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of NAHCON, made this known while briefing journalists in Kano State, on the Commission’s achievements and ongoing plans ahead of the forthcoming Hajj.
‎He described the recent visit to Saudi Arabia as highly successful, noting its significance in enhancing the quality of services offered to pilgrims.
‎Following the return of NAHCON’s management team from their preliminary visit to Saudi Arabia, the Commission commenced early preparations to ensure a seamless and well-organised 2026 Hajj operation
‎The initiative, which will reduce service costs by ₦200,000 per pilgrim, is part of efforts to make the sacred journey more affordable and efficient.
