The Nigeria Governors’ Forum (NGF) has promoted President Bola Tinubu’s ongoing security and socio-economic reforms, describing them as bold steps toward long-term national stability and growth.
The Chairman of the NGF, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq made this known while speaking at the All Progressives Congress National Convention in Abuja,
AbdulRazaq, the Governor of Kwara State, said the administration’s Renewed Hope Agenda reflected the courage to take difficult but necessary decisions aimed at repositioning the country.
He emphasized that while federal policies set the tone, the real test of reform laid at the State level where national decisions directly affect citizens’ daily lives.
According to him, state governments were increasingly aligning with federal reforms to ensure that policies translate into tangible improvements for the country
The NGF chairman further urged leaders to prioritize fiscal discipline, expand economic opportunities, and keep human capital development at the centre of all policies.
