The Federal Government, has reaffirmed its commitment to build strategic global partnerships to counter negative narratives that damage the nation’s reputation.
The Minister of Information and National Orientation, Mohammed Idris stated this at the UK edition of the Renewed Hope Global Dialogue, in London, United Kingdom,
Idris stated that collaboration remained central to the country’s efforts at repositioning itself on the world stage.
He noted that the Federal Ministry of Information and National Orientation was deeply involved in national rebranding, working with strategic partners to project Nigeria positively.
The Minister revealed that the Ministry, in partnership with the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR), had launched the Nigeria Reputation Management Group (NRMG), a collaboration that would maximize positive national pride
