The Bishop of Kontagora Diocese, Most Rev. Bulus Dauwa Yohanna, says the partial release of kidnapped students in Niger State left families in a mixed state of joy and deep pain, with 165 children still unaccounted for.
‎The Bishop made this known while speaking with newsmen on Tuesday
‎He confirmed that 100 out of the 265 abducted students had been released while 165 remained in captivity
‎Rev. Yohanna further urged the Federal Government to step up more effort until every child returns.
‎The Bishop also noted that while the rescue brought relief, the mood in the community remained heavy.
‎To the parents still waiting anxiously for the return of their wards, Bishop Yohanna delivered a message of patience and hope.
