North Central Development Commission (NCDC), has conveyed it’s intention to engage in collaborative efforts with state governors to advance development initiatives within the region.
‎The Chairman of the commission Kosmus Akighir made the statement when members of the commission paid a courtesy visit to the governor of Nasarawa State at Government House in Lafia, the state capital.
‎He explained that NCDC would partner with governors and critical stakeholders across the North Central to raise living standards and tackle poverty.
‎According to him, the support and collaboration of governors was necessary to achieve the commission’s mandate.
‎Akighir further commended Governor Abdullahi Sule for his developmental strides, noting that many of the projects completed in Nasarawa State aligned with the commission’s mandate.
