Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen has officially completed a permanent move to Turkish champions Galatasaray in a record €75 million deal, ending a long-running transfer saga with Napoli.

The club confirmed the signing on Thursday, announcing a four-year contract that will earn Osimhen €15 million annually, plus bonuses.

The 26-year-old forward, who scored 37 goals and provided eight assists last season while on loan, was instrumental in guiding Galatasaray to a domestic double.

As part of the deal, Napoli will receive 10 percent of any future profit from his next sale and a clause blocks him from joining any Serie A club for the next two years.

In his welcome message, Osimhen expressed pride in rejoining the Galatasaray family and vowed to push for greater success, including in the UEFA Champions League.

The new chapter also concludes his fractured relationship with Napoli, where he had been sidelined after contractual disputes
